​3/17 UPDATE - The slab pour has just been completed, marking meaningful progress on this transformative Winter Park project. This sacrificial slab pour allows the "floor" to serve as the crane's working surface during construction to erect the walls and structure. With the site being tight and the final floor finish designed as polished concrete, the approach required creative planning and coordination. With this foundation now in place, construction can continue moving forward on the Rollins Museum of Art and the Institute for Management & Executive Leadership.
