5/17 UPDATE- The concrete walls have been lifted, bringing this project to life and giving it shape. The steel has now arrived and is ready to begin framing.
3/17 UPDATE - The slab pour has just been completed, marking meaningful progress on this transformative Winter Park project. This sacrificial slab pour allows the "floor" to serve as the crane's working surface during construction to erect the walls and structure. With the site being tight and the final floor finish designed as polished concrete, the approach required creative planning and coordination.
