The client selected Lamm & Co. due to the firm’s long-standing record of delivering high-value hospitality projects throughout Central Florida. Developed with Airsan Investments and designed by FK Architecture, the 76,525-square-foot property was built to support increasing business and leisure travel demand in the Greater Orlando region.

Approach & Impact
What was Lamm’s approach with this project? Lamm & Company Partners is known for its collaborative approach, working closely with clients to ensure the construction process and final outcome align with their goals. For this project, the hotel was constructed using tilt-wall concrete panels, a method that allows large wall sections to be cast on-site and lifted into place. The Comfort Inn & Suites Orlando Sanford Airport is one of the first buildings in the state to be constructed using this approach, accelerating the construction schedule while delivering long-term durability suited to high-traffic hospitality environments. Why is this project uniquely important to the community? The new hotel helps accommodate rising visitor demand while supporting local tourism and economic activity near the airport corridor. By expanding lodging capacity in Sanford, Lamm & Company contributes to the region’s continued development as a key travel gateway in Central Florida. |
