Lamm & Company Partners is proud to announce the completion of the Rollins College Faculty Housing project in Winter Park, Florida, a new residential development providing 30 apartment homes for Rollins College faculty and employees.

Located less than a mile from the Rollins College campus, the project provides a new housing option for members of the College community while contributing to the need for more attainable housing opportunities in Winter Park.
As a Central Florida construction management and general contracting company, Lamm & Company Partners was proud to provide project executive oversight and construction management throughout the project, working closely with Rollins College and JDLK Construction Services from the early stages through completion.
