Maudlin International is a purpose-built facility developed to support the sale and service of commercial trucks in a high-demand, high-mobility environment. The project redeveloped the former Merita Bread site into a modern, fully integrated dealership designed for long-term growth. The new facility replaces an outdated operation with a layout that accommodates large vehicle movement, expanded service capacity, and improved visibility from both Division Street and I-4, creating a more efficient, welcoming destination while contributing to the ongoing revitalization of the surrounding industrial corridor.

What was Lamm’s approach with this project?
Lamm & Company approached this project with a focus on delivering a durable, efficient structure through tilt-wall concrete construction, casting large wall panels on-site and lifting them into place to accelerate the building schedule. This method not only streamlined construction but also provided the strength and longevity required for a high-traffic service environment, allowing the facility to be completed efficiently while supporting the long-term operational demands of Maudlin International.
